Danny Dreyer, an esteemed walking and running coach, ultramarathon runner and lecturer. He conducts workshops nationwide and lectures frequently at major marathon events. He is the coauthor, with Katherine Dreyer, of ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-Free Running, ChiWalking: Fitness Walking for Lifelong Health and Energy, and Chi Marathon: The Breakthrough Natural Running Program for a Pain-Free Half Marathon and Marathon.
